The neighborhood:

Located in a lively area during the day, close to the Bus Station, main avenues, and public transport. However, activity decreases at night; although it is a central area, we do not recommend walking after 10 p.m. We suggest using a vehicle or keeping night walks short and well-lit.

A few blocks away you’ll find 24-hour Oxxo stores, restaurants, and a variety of services to make your stay more comfortable.

You will have full access to all areas within the loft. The second floor, which has a separate entrance, is not available. The laundry area located on the second floor can only be used during long-term stays and with prior authorization from the host.

Thanks to its independent access, the host or cleaning staff will not have direct contact with the guest, except when necessary, such as for key handover or to provide access to the laundry if applicable.
